To any interested, the latest 10Q was just released for the 1998 Q3.

Book value, as of Sept 30, 1998:

Using current outstanding shares: 2.22/share
Using fully diluted shares: 1.87/share.

I've bought some at 2.25, and will continue to dollar cost average down (if it goes much further). This is a steal at less than book.

With the stock currently trading at 2.25/share, it looks to be quite a bargain. I think that after the dust settles from the spin-off, and global deflationary fears settle down, this stock should be much higher.

My target at this time is $4.50/share.
