Gary,

This is a very tough industry to be in at the moment. For the past
year or so the company store has been losing revenue due to increased competition. Unless the competition goes away HVAR is in for a real battle. the company will require additional capital to expand beyond
the Florida market. This stock may remain dormant for awhile until
their stores can turn a profit.
