I believe the reason the stock did not move on such a positive transactions is two fold. First of all, it was probably a privately negotiated transaction between a buyer and seller. Secondly, and most importantly, I believe MIFGY is suffering from lack of confidence in management by the street. This happened to ISLI over a year ago before it broke out of its doldrums by delivering consistent and predictable earnings and growth. The takeover which was supposed to be accreditve to earnings is not happening and therefore, the street has no confidence in the management team or its ability to execute. Heck, I have no confidence in them either. We need new management.
