Joe, that may be the case, but CUBE is still years ahead of anyone in the MPEG field. INTC may have the size, but CUBE now has Les Kohn(via SUNW),,,,the father of the 486 chip and Sun Ultra Spark. The relationship between SUNW and CUBE is one that few have mentioned. I think most of us would appreciate it if someone could elaborate on this.

CUBE's main markets today are consumer electronics, while INTC is the motherload in PC chips. If intc makes MPEG an issue, it could bode well for cube in that it would confirm the MPEG standard by the badest chip mfg in the world. My feelings are that the Digital TV market is where many have underestimated its scope. World wide the DBS market is exploding. I purchased the RCA system in Jan, ...today cable seems like the 8-track or casette tape.
