Paunch, I just got off the phone with Runyon. I made it very clear that I wasn't happy with the dilution. Dale understands my concern and that is in part why Maxam decided to go with external PR. He wants to get the stock price up where dilution is minimized. There may be a problem with the PR people's disclaimer stating 185,000 shares for a one year contract, the contract can be canceled at any time by Maxam. If Maxam doesn't get the desired result, they cancel. On a more positive note, COC drilling will begin very soon.
