Scarlet, judging by your last post, you seem to think that history alone will be able decide the future of Epic. If that is true, than we are all dead ducks. The point is, doesn't matter what happens on the jv side, as long as the present management has the control of corporate decisions, a scary thought, than this is going nowhere real fast. I think that the company needs a new direction, now!!! No more screwing around with small time VSE players who are only intersted screwing the shareholders. So as Harwood said, there is much left undone. The terms will not be disclosed, I am assuming, until the "peripherals" are taken care of. That is not being unfair. I think the present management did a good job in sticking with the project, while making a ton of dough, and believing in the project. I also believe they are riding this story all the way to the bank. So from fiction to fact will be a long journey. Fact is, this company will remain in the basement until all the fundamental elements come into play. That includes the geology and the management. Just my opinion. truth
