I also wanted to ask what happens if the judge ruling on Sept 30 wants to find see the outcome of the bankruptcy trial? Does he then put the hearing off until Dec. 2. And so on, and so on, and so on.... I have the feeling that we will be sitting in the same position until the trial, which I think someone said would be in March, correct? I feel somewhat like a dog chasing my tail.. Can anyone esle say "ARF ARF"?!?!?!?!?!?
