Well if you are congratulating Tsangs proposal then I would assume you are not a shareholder - unless of course you bought in near the low. OAKT's book value exceeds Tsangs self-serving offer, it has a lot of cash and little debt, it has proprietary technology and market position in the CD/CD-R/W, has established and growing technology in the office products and consumer markets. If the company was put up for sale to the highest bidder, if would go for more than $4.50/share imo, and this would represent the best course of action for current and long suffering shareholders. Hopefully this may bring some other interested parties out of the woodwork to push the price north of $6.00. Tsang represents the worst in what a shareholder looks for in a CEO imo, and as a result of my poorly conceived investment in OAKT, my DD now includes a much closer look at management and previous shareholder, or lack thereof, actions. Tsang should not run a public company again, and after the OAKT debacle, who would want him?
