It is a moot point I am afraid. Well for one thing there has always been good news factored into DELL's stock price,at least for the last 3-4 years.If anyone one waits around for some bad news get factored into the stock price to buy the stock,all I can say is good luck.Sure it could happen but when,nobody knows,unless of course one considers Q3 was a bad news.
