TED... >Testing contract:<< Good news. Based on my past history in dealing with State and Local governments and continuing to follow up on information about this market, I believe they are way behind in fixing the Y2K bug. Any company who would focus on that segment could do quite well. I doubt that IAIC is big enough to focus on it themselves however by quickly working with a bunch of Value Added Resellers who serve this segment, they might be able to make a run for it. Bob T.
