In know others have posted in the past concerning the fact that a lot of ABMI shares are now in "strong hands." That is true, and I know a number of people, including myself, who own over 200,000 shares each, and we do not intend to sell.

Still, there is a problem, at least in my opinion, although I freely admit that I am not an expert in finance. It seems the company is being forced to print up stock certificates and give them away like candy in order to pay their bills, hence there are a LOT of new shares going into "weak" hands, who are only too happy to turn around and sell those shares now for whatever they can get and drive down the price for us loyal stockholders. It seems to me like another formal private placement would be preferable, at least those buyers wouldn't be able to sell right away.

Am I all wet about this? Is the recent selling coming from somewhere else? Are these giveaway shares available for sale immediately, or are there restrictions like on a private placement?

In any case, I guess, if the company announces SOME kind of cash-raising deal SOON, this won't be an issue any more....
