Here are some more comments that are interesting, from an e mail I just received:

The CRB will bottom late this week or early next week and that
should be the beginning of this commodity markets second bull
market leg. As we examined last night Sugar Soybeans Wheat
Silver and Gold are giving us the technical format. It has been
tough sledding here these past few months and that is about to
change. 1999 will indeed be the Year of Commodities.

Remember we have said these things start and stop a lot in the early
stages of bottoming and that is what we have witnessed.

Now we have the fundamental change that will slowly filter into the
commodities as the general public and news media figure it out.
Lower rates are not about us here in the USA it's about stopping
money from leaving other countries.

When they stop deserting their own ship there economies will come
back with a vengeance and they will be back buying or commodities like
crazy. Wait until you here the news media 6 months from now !!

Be sure and check out the CRB chart tonight under the Daily Worksheet
button.
Also I will add a special intermediate term chart on Gold that says it all.
