Tom, although Billy's intentions and resulting actions are quite clear, if you read back to some of Biff's posts from 3-6 months ago I believe you'll find that he is probably expressing genuine sentiments. "Manipulation and untruths will come out." I suggest to you that this has already occurred and that is why the stock price is where it is today.
