Cal...They might be diluting the stock to raise the required capital that's necessary for them to pay for the current drill program...Just think what the next outfit will have to pay, if they hit on somthing... I'll bet dollars to donuts that most of that PP is held by Insiders and or their friends... Besides that, she should be locked up for a year anyways... I'm trying to figure out where this paper is coming from right now...Gotta feeling it may be some option paper even though they are denying it... Heard from a source out west a few minutes ago and the next NR should be out by Thurs. ...ed
