Too weird...it was just this weekend I had an urge to toss $1-2K at TTRIF. For a dime, how bad could it be? Looks like I missed the ol' TTRIF "double yer money quickie". Wondering if this is a last gasp? We have MOU's in the Navy too, though I don't think anyone reads them. TA, not that it's worth a rodent's hiney at this point, shows nada.
