Hi folks. Yes the buying does seem strange, that is, it seems strange to me, considering that csma is basically a shell company after the spin offs, which I hope happens.
One thought I have, and perhaps some of you can respond, is that some person, or group may think that by buying up the stock, control of the company can be gained. Of course, that would be rather silly, on the surface, unless some action is planned to halt the spinoffs, since, apparently, the majority is closely held by insiders. Probably no chance short of a successful minority shareholder derivative action. Just thoughts.
