Your answers to your questions can be found on my previous TNRG posts. As I cautioned you about the dead cat bounce this week, rally on light volume, you can see that TNRG sold off again today. Until Tilton releases a 10Q this puppy is going no where. I would bet that you will not see a 10Q until next year from this guy if your lucky. He has all kinds of stalling tactics that he has/continues to utilize! Good Luck
