I didn't mean to put a value judgement on it at all, just was agreeing with Tomato that not only are there 5mil new shares out, there are 5mil 2.25 and 2.50 warrants out as well, so the supply of paper has very likely increased by 10mil.

Will wsp use the money wisely? - I must think so, I'm longer wsp at the close today than I was at the open. Big paper numbers are not all that scarey, imho - it's what they do with the money that counts. My favourite little junior gas stock, gwx, already has 127mil out trading in the .30s and is looking at taking on half of a $128mil deal #reply-6461312 - the share price may take a hit short-term and if it does that's just fine by me, I would read it as a buy rec from God.

Remember the 3 Ps - People, Property, and Phinancing ... wsp and gwx have all 3.
