That's my make on it as well. It looks like the Stockwatch article states investors who used Steven Scott Brown are concerned that he may have misused their funds, or diverted funds to his own account. It also appears that Vonice Parker may have made contradictory claims on statutory filings with the BCSC as to her involvement with some of these companies. It is unclear from documents referred to in the Stockwatch article who in fact owns some of these companies, including one that made an investment in MGR. It would appear that some of the investors who used Mr. Brown are concerned with their investments.
