Hill will say to us accept the offer of AMES - 1.5 + 25% of action against former directors. Is in the news today as headline only.

I say - why ?
- when AMES are paying the debt-notes at a rate of appx 50%
- and with current quarter loss we are down at internal value at 4$

we should have 50% of internal value also = 2$ - As the internal value is the actual value a shareholder "lends" the company.

On top of course the 25% of is neither OK - What can come out of going after the former directors should be divided 33% to each Ames, Noteholders and us.

PS At all, we might want to question the non recurring 7$ write down whatever it is - as we cannot see it yet. - Someone is taking money out of our pockets right now - fight it
