Jeff: I can still remember the look on the waitress' face when we pulled out my PC and started coding on the table. She was pretty upset about it at first. Thought she wouldn't be getting a tip from these nerdy starving 'puter types. But, after we explained what we were doing, it peaked her interest. She started watching over our shoulders. When we started arguing ... I mean discussing ... which particular code optimization algorithm to use, she took over the keyboard and developed her own highly efficient retroprolific tag algorithm right there on the spot. Norma's been with us ever since. She refuses to code anymore, though. She doesn't like it when we critique her work. TED
