OK, s.l., I don't think we are very far apart in our views. "Product pipeline" or "PP&E" it still amounts to the same thing: The value in the private portfolio companies doesn't really come into play until they are scheduled to go public. (So once a registration statement is filed for a specific company, or in the aggregate when we know there will be offerings).

Obviously if Safeguard said they were not doing this again, or if they said they were going to have (and did have) 5 offerings per year, that would make a difference, but OAO (yes, s.l., I agree it shoulda, coulda been another CATP) looked pretty good, and Who? was looking good, but looks iffy now (lots of competition in that space of late). So it really does all boil down to how they do when released.
