I second your common sense answer to that post. Who gives a rip? Water is not a high tech business. I don't think the electric grid is in any danger either. Snafus may occur in billing and other record keeping. Y2K may cause some calamity somewhere -- but it won't prevent us from getting water or electricity. Anyone that suggests that has been reading too much baloney. The consequences may be serious from a financial perspective however.
