It is currently very slow at reading QP, Webb.
You can pick subsets [which issue set?], but it is better to use one of your prefilters.
[Can use anything in qp2data\lists as long as it has only one column; for others, rescan to a new output file with just println symbol;]
To point out the obvious, pare your selections as far as possible in QP prior to TFPlus-specific filtering/system testing.

It would probably be rather slow also with virtual MS files. I haven't haven't got around to testing it on real MS files.
