Trader, yes I have been involved with many high technology company's before.

You are very defensive, the alleged 504 which you questioned is very real. I suggest that you do your homework on FTRK as you obviously did not know about the capital raise. It is clear that you are an uneducated investor when it comes to FTRK because you have no idea of their capital needs and how they intend to fulfill them.

FTRK's 504 is a reality and you are living in fantasy land. How a company raises money is very important, it is not garbage. Your true lack of intelligence shines brightly.

This company is a very speculative investment and the only reason why FTRK can do 504D at this point in time is because they are a non reporting company. Furthermore, SEC law states that a company can only do one 504D during a 12 month period. If the company had their act together they would already be reporting and if this was the case, the company by law would be prohibited from do a 504D. Rather they would have to do a financing that typically requires the subscribers to hold the stock for one year. Good luck in finding those people.

The promoters love the fact that they can purchase un-registered securities and run the stock up and then sell these securities. If you think that this is not the scenario than you must go get your head examined.

I have seen many 504D documents and I am familiar with the risk disclosure statements.

Dr. Harvey, you have motivated me to call the SEC and inform them of what I believe is about to happen. The SEC will require the company to disclose who they have sold the shares to or who they have given the shares to for services render. When and if the company files their form 12G to become reporting, this information will have to be disclosed any way.

I am sure the SEC will be very interested in how much stock the promoters received or purchased and if they purchased the stock you can bet it is way below the offering price of a dollar. This stock will soon go on the SEC's radar screen so if you are part of this scenario you should watch your back because as the stock begins to run, accompanied by large volume and large price swings you can bet your life that FTRK and all the players involved will be exposed.

Dr. Harvey, I have only just begun and the only people who will get lost are the ones that manipulate stock prices. You better hope that this is not you.
