Platter, you are just full of rumors aren't you? Out of curiosity, do you own any of this stock or are you short it? They have filed with the SEC, for their IPO. I contacted the SEC today after seeing that rumor posted on yahoo. This company is not under investigation. The SEC will not tell you information about an investigation , but they will tell you if they are conducting one. They are not. Call them yourself. Until then, please refrain from printing your rumors here on SI. You could be reported to the SEC for doing that.
