It is clear that you have been beaten down so I will not make it a point to further educate you because it is a waste of time. I have only stated facts not fiction and my opinion of company's that due 504D's. The SEC agrees with me as they are attempting to amend the rule on 504D offerings to a one year hold because of the pump and dump activities by promoters and insiders which I have previously mentioned. I am more than happy to speak to the SEC as I will be doing this tomorrow so that they can not only monitor the stock but also this thread. Watch out hypsters, yes that is you DR. Harvey. If you read my posts, I have never trashed this company but I have told the facts about their financing activities and my belief of what is going to happen. The SEC should investigate yourself and Global Consulting(the promoters) because it is clear that you hype all the stocks they promoted and I will make sure the SEC has all of your postings on their clients. I am sure the SEC will also look at your trading accounts to see how you did on those stocks. For your sake, I hope you did as poorly as most shareholders because if you did not you will not have a pleasant christmas. Let the truth be told and we will see who is standing at the end of their investigation.
