the following is a snippet from a WSJ briefing article... WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--New Era Of Networks Inc. (NEON) filed to offer 4 million common shares, including an overallotment option of 600,000 shares. In a filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said proceeds from the offering will be used for general purposes, including working capital and potential acquisitions. Credit Suisse First Boston, SG Cowen, SoundView Technolgy Group Inc., Volpe Brown Whelan & Co. and Warburg Dillon Read LLC will underwrite the offering.
