Ray You are right except on your eg. 10000 units will give you an additional 5000 warrants. Are you also using the number of convertibles with warrants that are out there for your outstanding shares? My only question is why price them at $1.00 when the stock is trading at $1.10? I could just call up the broker and tell him I want so many shares and then have warrants also. That part doesn't make sense but at least they didn't have to give away the mine like on the last offering. Curtis
