Al-- Refreshing post: a man who says he's actually turned on by intelligent women. Unfortunately you guys are pretty rare. When I first came to Italy my grip on the language was rudimentary to say the least. To my surprise, I found myself pursued, yes, pursued, by men. I was unable to offer much in the way of conversation: nodded and smiled a lot, agreed with everything they said. It was quite some time before I realized what had happened: I'd become an all-purpose, archetypal Blonde American. As my communications skills increased, these extravagant attentions diminished, and within a year or so things were back to normal. Trust me: bimbos really do have a better social life. Janice
