I don't know much about DRIP plans. From reading the issued statement, I would guess that the DRIP shares are issued from the company, and that the company pockets all the money. It's kind of like a slow everlasting shelf registration. The dilution would be small, because I don't think a lot of people reinvest their divs.

With their cash flow problem though, A dividend cut is definitely around the corner.

PS. I'm not short or long this stock. Just merely spouting off an opinion.
