CPU has better service than 90% of the computer outlets, I built
boxes and became an independent and end user support person back in
the 80s, ( have since retired ) the problem is ALL the major
computer sellers have serious customer support problems
( I'll make an exception for HWP ).
I know this for a fact as I'm the one who use to get the calls for
the please "help" me.

I don't buy the WSJ , ( I once said they would have to pay me to
read it) I still feel that way. The WSJ has a sorry track record
when it comes to sizing up reality, & most publishers can't pick
stocks.
It's likely some shorts gave the sore heads a platform to grip
on hoping to take her on down. There isn't any computer suppler
were I can't find you a lot of complaints, some of them are better
at press damage control than others.

On a different slant take AOL , it's going like gang busters
but has more complaints than any internut provider going,
and as far as I'm concerned you have to be brain dead to use
AOL but that doesn't stop the stock from going up.

In the long run Comp USA has about as good as service as your
going to get. I have no problem sending my old customers to them.
When you read the press keep in mind 99.9% of the garbage is someone
talking position, if money is involved objective truth generally
takes a back seat.
