Hi Mike - That is the 64 dollar question. "Why Mr. Root left..." The News releases on the other business activities are very positive for the company in the long run and it may even make a profit in 1997. StockSmart has an estimate of $0.40. Have no idea where they got that number. Company has been in talks and discussion with a lot of campanies at various levels (begin to talk to signing agreements) This agreement with Lanier Worldwide gives more creditablility to NCIs Patent and technology. Plus the two awards. I can see a higher stock price down the road for those that are patience and not out for the quick buck. Mr. Root build a very find management team and it is still in place. If they start to exit then all bets are off. The only thing that I do not like at present time is "Woody" in the daily operation of the company. Frankly, I have no confidance in his ability to run a business. Except in to the ground. He has already proven that!!!!. Jim
