Think it's more unfamiliar than unfriendly, Webb :o)
Will try to answer all 3 at once.
Per Clay, "To use QP2 data, under Files/Preferences choose Browse while the DataFolders list has the highlight. Then use the file dialog that appears and place the QP2 data folder in the Look in: box at the top of this dialog. (This folder normally is QP2data.) At this point a dialog appears that allow you to pick one of more data configurations. -hitting open or return gets you to 'Include what issue set?' and the choice of a custom list.
Browse qp2data\lists and pick the one you want -- doubling clicking it will move it to the top.
Now run filter | compute reports, and edit the one you want to set the data folder to the qp list you just picked.
