You will note that the nice move today (8.5%) was on heavy buying over a very short time frame (15-30 minutes) towards the end of the day. No news as to why. This stock seems to trade like this all the time. Very little activity as it drifts downward then large buying and it rockets. Somebody out there sure likes picking off the low prices. You can't believe that all of a sudden a whole bunch of investors decided to buy 200,000+ shares over 30 minutes!
