Tom,

I'm content to see Wavetop2 catch on as a viable medium for transferring content to the PC! I don't believe that COMDEX is going to produce a blockbuster deal for Wavephore, but I feel very strongly that the pieces are in place for Microsoft to increase it's interest in the company. Their (and Intel's) interest has been low-key (stock purchases) but significant.

The company stumbled on Wavetop1, but with the right backing, the time can be right for a wireless push of data; it's about most distinct largely untapped technology for the PC. A poster on Yahoo! thought Microsoft would be too absorbed in legalities to move forward, I think that's rubbish, the last thing Microsoft would do would be to slow down innovation.

Dave
