Hi, Vaughn I would think the so-called amalgamation is but a buyout with certain officers of the other companies coming onto the SUF board. I don't see it any other way. What will be interesting to see is how those others are valued for the buyout and what it will cost us. I'm certain CJ's analysis will prove to our benefit in the long run, or he wouldn't be interested in the first place. What we don't know about these claims must something very exciting - something characteristically not for public perusal. Why else would he consider allowing these other people on the board? We otherwise don't need them. VP
