Actually, he is serious. cOUSIN SHORTY has volunteered to loan Lamar the 12 grand, with one stipulation. See response #10, #Subject-23728

Anyone who thinks I'm being tough on the guy must remember that he is asking for an interest free loan to speculate in the stock market, and proposing to use the future profits (if any...) to fund someone else of his choosing in the market. Right.
