I'm not going to believe there is a JV until that certain low life quits. The longer he stays on board the more damage he does to the company and our investment. This time when the stock gets down to a quarter and he is still on board I think it might be possible to do as class action toward him personally. The rumour has been that a termination agreement was in place prior to the JV agreement.(Fiction?) . His failure to live up to it should be enough to allow recovery of at least a part of our investment in this company. Just a thought. He is now liable under directorship rules both in Canada and the USA. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Cheers,

JR.
