John, you must not have made the effort to look at Zeev's patent portfolio before you made the statement, "it does not follow that because one has a patent portfolio that one can adjudicate the efficacy of another patent portfolio, eh?" Now that Zeev has taken the time to elaborate on his qualifications, do you now think maybe his opinion just might be worth the effort it takes to read it?

I don't know about you, but I would much rather hear what Zeev has to say than the unsupported comments by the anonymous poster on another thread.

"The floor-less convertible issue was beaten into the ground, and now this patent "thang" appears to be having the same experience, too."

IMO, nothing could be further from the truth. Until recently, there had been no worthwhile discussion whatsoever on this thread about the floorless convertible issue. All I saw here until recently was the issue being dismissed as a non-issue.

As far as the patent "thang," I have yet to see an intelligent discussion on this thread regarding this question. I've seen anonymous posters on other threads quoted because they say nice things about the VLNC patent portfolio. But I saw no substance to the quoted post and have seen no substance to the discussion on this thread.

What to you is "beating something into the ground," is to me the first sembilence of intelligent debate we've seen on this thread
