Yes it is news ! Yet I'm having a hard time finding it on a wire service! This would only be news for us on SI, or anyone following the stock yet if the world wide wire service is not going to run that news there would be no record of it on YAHOO, or Business Wire Service, and or other services to pick it up. Heck a stock broker who looks at MDIN for a client without a web address is going to say "there is no news and the company looks like it's not in business" Why would you wish to buy 50,000 shares of that when you can have this one.... I'll bet the family is thinking now... we shall see.....
