Ok guys. The lucent deal is done. CGRM took the charge for the settlement in Q3, so it should not affect this Q. Word on the street is that CGRM will have a very good Q exceeding estimates for the Q and the year. Of course, CGRM has never failed to disappoint so, I am not holding my breath. I will sell my shares by end of this year at a profit or loss. Either way, it is time to move on. My only saving grace on this one is that I sold 1/3 my position last year at 19 and change. So, if I can get at least 9 or so, I should break even. THen I only need cry over the opportunity losses suffered over the last 3 years. No matter, I can not play this "all we need is a few good quarters" game anymore. While true, it seems that, for CGRM, a few good quarters is is quite impossible. Here is hoping for good news next week (or the following). Does anybody know when numbers get announced? David
