Did you look at the latest quarterly report? They're burning cash. Unless sales pick up dramatically I don't see how they can last another year. New equity - no way. Private placement - perhaps, but it will be a sweetheart and a kick in the teeth to long term shareholders. Debt - would you loan them money? I don't think 35cents makes a dying company a buy. I see them being bought out for cheap for their IPS tech. The buyer will likely dump Tisma asap. Sorry if this sounds harsh. The single worst investment I've ever made has a way of reducing my positive attitude towards the company.
