What I see.

44 holes drilled (or reported) 98-88 to 98-131. Previous drilling was up to hole 97-87. Thus we can conclude that this years program so far accounts for 1/3 the drilling to date.

At the end of 1996 this is what they had to say about drill results:
"Preliminary assay results show that these zones contain approximately 10 meter thicknesses of elevated copper, nickel, and cobalt values. Although total sulphide content is relatively low, typical "leopard texture sections" from the zones assayed from 0.15% to 0.19% nickel, 0.11% to 0.14% copper and 0.02% to 0.05% cobalt."

In todays NR they have provided results from 10 holes of significance from 97-67 to 97-97 with 5 of them being very mediocre.

Results are provide on 15 holes of the 44 drilled this year so far.
Out of those 15 holes, 4 are are very mediocre.
I counted 6 holes with intersections greater than 1 meter.

This is by no means a precise way of analyzing results but I think it does give an indication of progress. But then again we see what we want to see.

Yes, I agree they have not hit anything economic yet but the market already knew that.

They still have some drilling to do this year with plans for next year.

John
