What puzzles me about the private placements is that the one in march was at a higher value then the shares were at the time. With the delays in obtaining a listing, the source of the private placement could have backed out of the deal. At that time, they shares were also in steady decline. In my opinion, there is more there than meets the eye. My source of info remains committed but won't say much even though the presidents message reads like an obituary.
