All of them (Cisco, AOL, Dell, INTC and MSFT) are very solid investments (unless you listen to Jach or Toy). It's tempting to try and time them, but it takes too much skill for me. I tried to time Intel in 1996 and wound up missing a run from 75 to 160. So I've become a "buy good ones and hold them till the fundamentals change" kind of investor. It's easier on the stomach.
