I'm beginning to lose track now of all the Form 10's that are due from various companies. The Baron of course said that it was being worked on for release two weeks after October 9th. Well, it's a good thing no one is really holding their breath. As to fees and cash, maybe Buddy can explain. I figure that cash would be that real cash stuff, and the fees would maybe be those restricted shares that so often get printed up in lieu of cash.
