gern, missed this <<

Go through the GERN thread, and you'll see that I also had that one
early, mid-day before the explosion day. And, yet, I decided not to
play it. Would you rather miss it entirely or catch it and look
dumb?

;-)

Today...... I realized that there's no universal way to let friends
know. I posted ASAP after placing my own trade. Anyone that has the
resources is welcome to install an "urgent" button on my desk that
notifies the SI biotech gang.

Then I'll hit a cold spell.

potential...both are important heh heh) <<

I think it's fairly safe to say that components of "margin-pain" --
and similar stocks -- aren't going to suddenly drop on good news. It
just boils down to taking a chance? Over 100K shares had changed
hands by the time that I got my trade placed, and it was only up an
eighth.

Paul Yadlowski has built some wonderful tools for BioPlatform, Inc.
One of them is a sortable quote list, and one of the sortable fields
is average cost/trade..........
CRGN 8.50 2.62 44.68 10689 1156 925 7860

The average trade was about 1K shares. I don't have the tools to look at it, but I'll bet there were a few large blocks traded early and that then it was all traders. Scum like me.

Cheers! Rick
