Hi,

The symbol is TCTV and TCTVW(for the warrants). This is the company that owns the majority of The 5th Avenue Channel. Ivana Trump owns 10 percent, TCTV owns 60 percent, and Mr. Rosen 30 percent. The best thing about TCTV is that there are by my estimate, only about 10 million shares outstanding(just what i've worked out by DD but no guareentee it's accurate. By the way, Ivana is the Chairperson of the 5th Avenue Channel and Mr. Rosen is the Chairperson of TCTV(Tel Com Wireless TV Corp). Mr. Rosen's and Ms. Trumps shares are not considered part of the float, which is very small(couple million). The warrants are exercisable at 5.75 and good till 2000(month i'm not sure).
