INSIDER SELLING
I have investigated the insider selling on GRIN, which was
giving concern to the poster in message#2 and also was viewed
negatively on the YAHOO thread when it was first reported by the SEC.
Although I consider insider selling a 'neutral' event, I thought it
appropriate to dig a little deeper....the findings are VERY
interesting.

The only insider trading which has occurred at the company was
when Larry Bernstein, the new CEO, came on-board and was SOLD stock
by other members of management. They did this to avoid simply issuing
new shares and so avoid the dilution of the stock.

So it appears that what was being perceived negatively by clearly
savvy investors in fact turns out to be more of a positive event by
doing a little detective work.

Tomorrow, I will have an interesting comment on the options and
warrants held by the company.

Did anyone see the quarterly report issued today, following on
from last week's earnings report ? Any comments ?

Although you can tell I am a fundamental, buy-and-hold, value
type-of investor, it might be interesting to hear the odd TA
comment. As message#42 indicates, this forum is rapidly becoming
a monologue. Any longs who just want to come-by and cheer-on GRIN ?

Frank
